Mazal Tov quilling card

Some time ago I created this simple greeting card with paper quilling. The lettering says "Mazal Tov" (מזל טוב) or "Congratulations!" in Hebrew, I used letter stickers for it. The base was made out of thick watercolor paper.
First, I cut an oval piece out of nice wrapping paper in shades of beige, using pattern edged scissors for it. After adhering the oval onto the base I cut another, smaller oval and attached it on top of the first one. This second oval has an interesting texture to it. Then I made leaves and flowers using 1/8"-wide (3 mm) paper strips in various shades of beige. Like in the flower arrangement in beige I made a large Royal flower with a fringed center and a few simpler and smaller flowers. For the dragonfly I used quilling strips 1/16" in width (1.5 mm).

Size of the greeting card is about 4" x 4 1/8" (10 x 10.5 cm).

I was wondering if you could help me by telling me how long it took you to make a card like this and the materials needed, if possible.
Since I have to make about 200 of these, I just want to know what I'm getting myself into... Is this doable?
Again, I am a quilling newbie!
Any help is appreciated!
